I am a chef trained in Peru; I studied Gastronomy and Hospitality while simultaneously practicing my profession in various types of cuisine in Peru for the past 7 years, where I increasingly discovered my beautiful culture. I finally fell in love with Nikkei cuisine, which is the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian culture, a blend of flavors and techniques that make it unique in the world. It would be my pleasure to share it with you.
